A year ago I started a TEFL course which is about teaching English as a foreign language. I have successfully completed it which made getting a job a lot easier. My teaching experience consists of a 1-year face-to-face teaching in a real classroom where I was involved in teaching adult Ukrainian students English. It was considered voluntary work and it gave me an opportunity to see what it feels like to teach. One of the most valuable lessons I learned is to always take criticism as that is what shaped me into a better teacher and helps me stay consistent in order to improve myself as a teacher.
