Rád povzbudzujem študentov, aby objavovali radosť z puy=ivania jayzka a rozvíjali svoje schopnosti cez kreatívne aktivity a diskusie. Verím, že každý môže dosiahnuť svoj potenciál v cudyom jayzku s trochou trpezlivosti a motivácie. Na mojich hodinach pomáham študentom rozvíjať sebavedomie, čo je dôležité nie len v triede, ale aj v každodennom živote.

Snažím sa prispôsobiť potrebám každého študenta tým, že beriem do úvahy ich individuálne tempo učenia, záujmy a ciele. Každý študent je jedinečný, a preto prispôsobujem materiály a prístupy tak, aby maximalizovali ich pokrok a motiváciu. Spätná väzba je kľúčová, takže pravidelne monitorujem ich pokroky a poskytujem podporu tam, kde je to najviac potrebné.
I strive to tailor my approach to meet the needs of each student by considering their individual learning pace, interests, and goals. Since every student is unique, I adjust materials and methods to maximize their progress and motivation. Feedback is essential, so I regularly monitor their development and provide support where it’s most needed.
