Hello! This is Teacher Alondra and today I will share everything about my amazing teaching experience.
My first job as a teacher was about 5 years ago. I was working for a hotel in Mexico and lots of parents had children that needed help with their English as a second language, so I became a particular English tutor for young learners for about a year . Also, for a short period of time I worked as an ESL educational assistant.
By the other side I have also taught students from all over the world. For instance, Chinese students, Japanese students, Hong Konese students, Mexican students and so on.
I worked for an online company for four years teaching children, young adults and adults. I had 1-1 private lessons with young leaners, groups of 6 students (adults, young adults and children) and demo sessions placing students in their correct english level.
In addition, I also worked for other online companies where I taught children and highschool students in groups of maximum 25 people!
My teaching style is primarly centred on class engagment. I basically adapt my style in order to cater fir everyone and material enjoyable for students to learn! I really like to pay special attention to the students needs, I tailor my classes to what works better with them!
