Hello. My name is Joshua, and I am delighted to meet you all here. I am a very energetic and positive teacher, and my class is very friendly. relaxed and educational. I have been teaching English online for 5 years now, and I have a lot of experience in teaching both children and adults. I am TEFL certified, and I am also a student at the Open university working towards a BA in linguistics and German.
My teaching approach is focused heavily on not only learning the vocabulary and grammar from English learning Material, but also using what we learn from the class in conversation or discussion. I believe this approach is the most natural and effective way to learn, as you are learning how the vocabulary and grammar work in context.
In my spare time, I enjoy learning languages, such as German and Chinese. and I have been learning Chinese for 5 years ( I can currently speak Chinese at B1 level ), and German for three years ( I can speak German at B2 level ). Additionally. I enjoy going to the gym and working out. I hope to see you in my class soon!
