I am a CELTA-qualified EFL teacher with extensive experience of teaching General, Technical, Business English, and examination preparation. My journey in education has afforded me the privilege of working on diverse projects, cultivating highly effective teaching techniques. Equipped with the communicative teaching method, I specialize in creating engaging online learning environments through interactive, student-centered activities. My approach maximizes "student talk time" by incorporating pair and group work, fostering a variety of learning styles. This ensures a comprehensive development of key language skills, including speaking, grammar, writing, listening, and reading. Recognizing the uniqueness of each learner, I tailor lesson plans to accommodate individual needs. By understanding and assessing students as individuals, I create an inclusive and supportive virtual learning space. My goal is to enhance student motivation and lesson effectiveness, achieved through continuous reflection on each online session. I regularly ask myself: Have the objectives been achieved? What have my students learned today?
