Über mich selbst
I've been teaching for over 20 years and love teaching English to students of all ages. I'm also a published author of 21 children's books and I hold a Master of Business in Strategic Leadership. In addition, I hold a TESOL and TEFL certification. Since 2017, I've been teaching English on-line to children and adults from around the world along with serving as a global literary editor.
I've also taught in my local community in the public-school and public library sectors for grades k-12 for several years. Lastly, I've facilitated company English classes to adults of various cultures when I worked for a leading global hospitality company as a training manager along with serving as a corporate trainer for various US companies.
I'm a very kind, patient, respectful, and seasoned teacher that aims to make the material come to life through my engaging and energetic nature along with delivering innovative lessons that build confident speakers. I always aim to set my students up for success through encouragement and empowerment. I excel with beginners to intermediate students. In addition, I specialize in pronunciation, conversation classes for all levels, business communication, and writing classes.
Lastly, I love learning about other cultures and understand what it's like to learn another language as I studied in Valencia, Spain to learn Spanish. Currently, I live on a farm with all types of animals. Lastly, I enjoy skiing, reading, riding horses, swimming, tennis, art history, sailing, and hiking in the mountains.
