As an online English teacher, I use my research and education technology skills to design and deliver engaging and effective lessons to students of various levels and backgrounds. I am currently pursuing a master's degree in applied linguistics at Mary Immaculate College, Ireland, where I am expanding my knowledge and understanding of language learning and teaching. I have a CELTA, a bachelor's degree in liberal arts and sciences and an associate's degree in humanities, all which have given me a broad and diverse perspective on culture, communication, and critical thinking. I have more than 10 years of experience as an ESL teacher, working with different platforms and organizations, such as Guangdong Polytechnic University, Edusky, International Language Institute, Inuits, Krakspire and Pepsico. I am passionate about helping students achieve their language goals and empowering them to communicate confidently and effectively. My core competencies include student assessment, curriculum development, instructional design, and learner autonomy. I am always looking for new ways to improve my teaching practice and to learn from my peers and students.
